Fruitmasters has been working with Ribbstyle for around 15 years on the renovation of their CA/ULO cells. While these tasks used to be carried out internally, Fruitmasters has deliberately chosen to outsource this work to Ribbstyle for many years now due to the higher quality and extended durability.
Floor markings ensure a clear working environment
This year, a new request was added: the application of floor markings in the CA/ULO cells. The reason? More structure and clarity in the storage spaces. According to Fruitmasters, clear floor markings contribute to order, cleanliness, and an organized working environment. That is why, for the first time, floor markings were applied in several cells.
A simple white marking was chosen, without specific color coding or regulatory meaning. The focus was on visually improving the walkways and zones within the cells.
Phasing & execution: the work process
The preparation went smoothly and efficiently. Since Ribbstyle has been working at Fruitmasters for many years, the collaboration runs effectively. With a total of thirty cells on site, a number of them are addressed each year. When there is room in the schedule, a cell is flexibly planned for renovation or, in this case, floor marking.
The cells were empty during the work, which meant the process could be carried out without interrupting daily operations. Before applying the markings, the designated floor areas were sanded to ensure proper adhesion. As usual, communication and collaboration during execution were smooth and efficient.
Completion & result
Fruitmasters considers the final result a great success. The floor markings provide more structure and clarity. Walkways are clearly visible, and the spaces appear tidy and well-maintained. Although there were few direct comments from staff, the organization has noticed that the workflow has become more orderly and structured.
Fruitmasters is once again very satisfied with the collaboration with Ribbstyle. They plan to get in touch again for future projects.
