MarrFill Levelcoat PU is a two-component, pigmented pouring floor without solvents for horizontal surfaces. This coating is flexible and very self-leveling. The material can be applied on substrates such as concrete, cement screed, asphalt (inside), aluminum, steel etc. MarrFill Levelcoat PU is very suitable for substrates that are prone to crack formation.

Surface preparation
The substrate must be dry (moisture content <4%) and absorbent. Substrates that are soiled with oil, grease or wax-like products must be cleaned down to the sound concrete. With smooth or cement-rich substrates, the substrate must always be roughened. Moving cracks must be closed. Pretreat the surface with MarrFill Floorprimer EC. Add component B completely to component A and mix with a slow running drill at max. 300 revolutions per minute during three minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Sustainability & Storage
MarrFill Levelcoat PU has a shelf life of 6 months, provided that opened buckets are properly closed and stored frost-free, not in direct sunlight, between 5°C and 25°C.
